We ship products to all European Union countries.

Delivery Times
• Italy: 1–5 business days
• Other EU countries: 3–9 business days
• Express Delivery – available for an extra charge

Shipping Cost
• Free delivery to all EU countries.
• Express delivery is available (price depends on the country and weight). Please send your request by email.

Taxes
Products are shipped from Italy (EU), so no customs duties or additional import taxes apply for customers within the EU.

Tracking
All orders are provided with a tracking number via email.

If you receive a package damaged during shipment, please immediately take photos (of both the packaging and the item) and contact us at: returns@donnaperla.com.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final Sale items
  • Undergarments, swimwear.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we’ll cover the cost to ship the replacement item to you.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Send request for the Return & Exchange Authorization Code by emailing the filled out Return & Exchange Form to: returns@donnaperla.com

Processing Time:

  • We will process your return or exchange within 3–5 business days after it is received.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a store credit or refund.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
